Did you know 40% of what you do every day is habit and not conscious decision? The results of these daily habits (good or bad) accumulate over time. Sometimes habits just start by accident. You can however purposefully create goal-based habits that help you achieve specific aims. The name “Goalbits” comes from the term "goal-based habit." I have also written a book by the same name which is available on Amazon, Apple Books and Google Books and Scribd.
