Well, you may have noticed that I skipped a few weeks of updates. It's a good news, bad news, type of thing. The good news is I am still logging my food every day. The bad news is the "One Habit" hasn't magically created more good habits as I had hoped. Everyone is different and I think what I have learned about myself is I am good at building specific habits i pick. I have been successful in doing this for many many years. Indeed, my habit was to log food and I am doing so. I still want to lose some weight but all this has taught me I need to choose specific habits that will help me achieve this goal. Over the time of focusing on my One Habit I have had a couple of half-hearted tries of starting more habits. I need to go back to the drawing board.
